I would like to thank you and your staff for an absolutely incredible day! When Jim and I arrived at your business so that he could ask for directions (of course later I found out that was a white lie), I was a little suspicious of Eran knocking on my window asking me to follow him. Once I was in your de-briefing room, watching a video, I was even more leery of what was about to happen. Then, finally when the entire staff came in and wished me a Merry Christmas, I lost it! That's when the tears started! I knew then, this was going to be a day to remember. Well, I wasn't wrong about that. The entire staff at your organization was remarkable! I especially want to thank Eran for being such a good sport for putting up with my skepticism and Larry for being so encouraging. The pilots....well, what can I say about them that you don't already know. I flew with Rodeo for both of my flights, and what a prince he is. He was not only patient, but also very encouraging! Boot, and his partner Brian Nelson were my enemies, but also very supportive and wonderful. Thank you for having an organization where dreams can actually be a reality, and then thank you for providing a staff of individuals who are just as excited about what they do, as the customer is in doing it! PS. I can't wait to get my leather jacket, it will always be a reminder of that day!
