Roster of Instructor Pilots
Baron started his flying career at the age of 14, soaring in gliders over Germany. After graduating from the German Air Force Academy and the University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Baron attended pilot training at Sheppard AFB, TX and George AFB, CA. Back in Germany he was assigned to TRW 52 and flew the RF-4E Phantom II on tactical missions throughout Europe and Canada. After honorable discharge from the German Air Force, he flew worldwide cargo as a DC-8 First Officer and Captain from 1994 until 1999. Baron joined Air Combat in May 1995. In 1999 he was hired by a major airline where he is a MD-80 First Officer.
